• Betting linked to match-fixing or sports corruption.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bdokaa's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.

Bdokaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Before closing an account, bdokaa will generally notify the user by email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus funds may be forfeited.
